Our portal facilitates the information back into our platform, and automatically adds the transaction to ledgers, and multiple reports.
For the residents that wish to mail in payments, we offer a dedicated address. If local, we have a friendly staff ready to help. Mail is picked up daily, and banked into your account on the same day. No float time. No hold time. Your money in your account.
We take the responsibility of handling your rent payments very seriously. We are a licensed New Jersey Brokerage Agency and follow the strict rules and guidelines that come with it. Every physical transaction is date stamped, and scanned to our server (color copy, front and back), before we submit the deposit.
